DOM3 is an association of entrepreneurs and professionals with extensive experience in the high-quality housing sector in Marbella, Estepona, and Benahavís. We share a common concern: to preserve and promote the business of designing, promoting, and constructing high-end homes in our area of influence. We believe in the importance of teamwork and collaboration to achieve this goal.

ENTREPRENEURS FOR HIGH QUALITY HOMES_

 

According to the Statutes of the DOM3 Association of Entrepreneurs and Professionals for High Quality Homes, a new Board of Directors has been elected which will continue with ongoing projects, such as the International Prize of Architecture, entering its 2nd edition.

We will promote new initiatives such as the publication of a magazine, speeches and conferences on various subjects related to the activities of our companies and associated professionals.

We are an association that is integrated in our society, offering our know-how and experience to improve the activities of national and municipal institutions that deal with residential housing within Benahavís, Estepona and Marbella.

We wish to share success with our associates, our collaborators and public institutions; a success that is the result of our work, based on quality, honesty and experience.

The members of the group believe in information exchange, mutual cooperation and joint action as a driver of development in the sector and Marbella’s tourism brand.

The most important goals of the association are:

To promote any type of study and/or initiative aimed at the better understanding, promotion and operation of the sector, as well as to influence the various segments of society for the same purpose.

To foster research, knowledge development and innovation in every single link of the business value chain, especially in the design, construction and marketing phases.

To contribute to the exchange of experience and information with other business people and professionals and to establish beneficial partnerships for the sector.

To promote the creation of a quality seal that distinguishes companies for their corporate values, such as quality, social responsibility, honesty and other values that this organisation might want to promote.

HOW DO WE ACHIEVE IT?

DOM3 Association is governed by a set of values that guide all its actions and decisions. Professional integrity, networking and local commitment are fundamental values for us. We believe that these values are essential to promote the development of the high-quality housing sector in the Golden Triangle area. In addition, we share these values with our associates, collaborators and public and private institutions with which we work together.

ACTIVITIES

The Association of Entrepreneurs for High-Quality Housing organizes the "Strategic Forum DOM3." An event with a strong professional character that has become, in its multiple editions, a place for debate, analysis, and proposals aimed at improving the sector.

In our quest for innovation, we also hold the "DOM3 PRIZE" Architecture Award for the design and development of world-class homes. Its calls bring together hundreds of national and international participants.

Finally, DOM3 promotes training and debate sessions with experts in various business areas to stay at the forefront oftrends in the high-end housing market.

As members of DOM3 we are aware that the development and construction of high-end property is an industry that has a strategic influence and drive in Marbella and surrounding areas because of the wealth and jobs it generates. We are also aware that as entrepreneurs it is our obligation and social responsibility to continue being competitive within the complexity of the international market of residential tourism.
