World-class housing, villas and apartments, are the characteristics of excellence in this area, the flagship of urban planning in Marbella and its influential surroundings.

PRIZE
The Asociación de Empresarios para la Vivienda de Alta Calidad [Association of Businesses for High Quality Housing] (DOM3) brings together entrepreneurs and professionals with expertise in various sectors whose objective is to promote actions to preserve and promote the business of design, development and construction of high quality housing in Marbella and its area of influence.
DOM3 believes in the exchange of information, in mutual cooperation and combined action as a vector for the development of the sector and for the Marbella brand of tourism.
In its pursuit of excellence DOM3 is pleased to announce the second edition of the Architecture Award DOM3 PRIZE for the design of world class housing developments.

This third edition of the DOM3 PRIZE will be officially presented on 8th of March.
WINNERS DOM3 PRIZE 2018
El proyecto ‘Terral & Virazón’, creación del equipo formado por el arquitecto Alejandro Martín y David Tuan Huynh Duc, ha sido el elegido por unanimidad de los miembros del jurado como ganador del III Premio Internacional de Arquitectura DOM3PRIZE, por el que han obtenido 60.000 €. que le fue entregado por el responsable de la empresa DEI-Homes, Antonio Bazán, patrocinador oficial de la presente edición, en el transcurso de la cena de gala celebrada en el Cortijo San Francisco en Estepona.
Los miembros del jurado, Guillermo Vázquez Consuegra, Ignacio Vicens y Hualde, Juan Gavilanes, la presidenta de la Asociación DOM3,
la paisajista Laura Pou, el arquitecto socio de DOM3, Ernesto Palanco y el gerente de DEI-HOMES, Antonio Bazán, emitieron votos en idéntico sentido para darle la 1ª mención de DOM3PRIZE 2018 al proyecto ‘Shakkei’, creación de Juan Blázquez y Pablo José Atienza, del estudio malagueño Ezar y quienes también resultaron finalistas de DOM3PRIZE 2016. La 2ª mención del concurso ha sido para la arquitecta de Mijas, Eva Escassi Mateos, con su proyecto ‘Into the Wild’.
