Our partner, La Albaida Diseño Interior has carried out this interior design project in a detached villa with a private plot and a swimming pool, clear and modern architecture with a touch of stone on the façade, high ceilings and large panoramic windows that provide the house with abundant natural light. The materials used, combine porcelain tiles and wood flooring.

The client’s priority was to “feel at home”, considering that this property is not their first residence, and that their purpose was to spend short periods of time during the year. This led them to select warm materials, washable upholstery, and simple furniture with straight, clean lines. The objective when developing the interior design project, was to achieve an open and spacious atmosphere, without unnecessary elements that would break the harmony achieved, as well as enhancing the connection between the spacious living room, open to the kitchen and to the marvelous outdoor area with the swimming pool and a refined garden.

Regarding the range of colours, neutral colours were selected, with warm touches, slightly saturated colours such as pastels, and some black strokes. Natural elements were not lacking in this project; fine woods such as beech and oak, provided the home with warmth. We customized non-dense curtains so that the interior could flow out with the exterior; linens, cottons, etc. And the plants completed the natural character we were longing for.
