DOM3 successfully concludes its events Season

The Association of Business Owners for High-Quality Housing, DOM3, has successfully concluded its season of professional events with a session focused on customer experience in the luxury segment. The event featured a keynote by Belén González, a consultant specialising in customer experience in real estate, who highlighted a key idea: “When everything tangible reaches near-perfection – stunning design, exquisite quality, unbeatable location – what can truly make the difference in the luxury real estate world? The answer is the experience we offer the client.”

During the session, it became clear that in the high-end residential segment, offering a flawless product is no longer enough; what truly sets a brand apart is the experience designed around the client. González explained that understanding the client from a more human and emotional perspective is more essential than ever.

A Line-up Marked by Top-Tier Speakers

With this event, DOM3 brought to a close an intensive programme of gatherings that served as a forum for reflection and leadership in the high-end housing sector within the Golden Triangle.
The season began in January with the Annual General Meeting of Members. In February, members attended a keynote by Maribel García, a leadership mentor, who focused on authenticity as a core value. In March, DOM3 welcomed Daniela Luque, recognised as the most influential Spanish-speaking Top Voice on LinkedIn, who led a conference on digital reputation and personal branding.
In April, the association hosted José María Álvarez-Pallete, former CEO of Telefónica, who delivered a keynote on the value of data, artificial intelligence, and the ethical challenges of the digital age. In May, DOM3 organised a round table discussion on the premium real estate market in the Golden Triangle, featuring representatives from the Marbella Town Hall and the main real estate agencies associated with DOM3, who shared key insights on transactions, pricing, and future prospects.

Media Coverage and a Look to the Future

The events organised by DOM3 have attracted the attention of local, regional, and national media, who have reported on the association’s data and its positions on major issues affecting the high-end housing market. This media presence has reinforced DOM3’s role as the sector’s voice and a reference point for developers, architects, and professionals in design and construction.

DOM3 has already begun preparing its next season of events, which will start in September. The goal: to continue addressing the needs of its members, foster knowledge exchange, and further strengthen the Golden Triangle’s position as an international benchmark in high-quality residential living.
