Founded in 1978 by Cristóbal Guerrero Granados, RUGUE began its journey specialising in foundations and reinforced concrete structures, soon expanding into a wide range of construction projects — from small-scale refurbishments to residential blocks and private homes.

In 2009, the company entered a new phase under the leadership of Cristóbal’s children, marking its entry into the development and construction of luxury villas and reinforcing its position within the high-end housing sector on the Costa del Sol.

Today, with a team of over 160 professionals, RUGUE remains a family-run business guided by the values that have shaped its history: responsibility, quality and dedication. Each project is carried out with meticulous care, combining technical expertise with a personalised, client-focused approach.
