DOM3 closes a year of growth with its traditional Christmas event

The Association of Business Owners for High-Quality Housing, DOM3, held its traditional Christmas event, a gathering that brings together its members every December to celebrate the end of the year and look ahead to the future. The event took place at the iconic Marbella Club Hotel, a symbol of residential excellence on the Costa del Sol, and marked the close of a 2025 defined by growth and the consolidation of DOM3 as a key voice in the premium housing sector within the Golden Triangle.

During the event, DOM3’s president, Charly Simon, extended his holiday wishes to all members and took the opportunity to reflect on the year: “2025 has been a key year for the association. We have grown, we’ve hosted high-value events for the sector and strengthened our communication with public administrations. But most importantly, we have remained committed to a model based on quality, sustainability and collaboration. That will continue to be our roadmap in 2026.”

Over the course of the year, DOM3 has welcomed nine new members: Panorama Properties, Solvilla, Tecnoclima, Drumelia, Rugue, Soma Arquitectos, Muñoz Lanzas Construcciones and Tino Stone & Surfaces, expanding its ecosystem of leading companies connected to design, construction, architecture, property development and premium housing services.

A year of strategic events and sector-wide reflection

The year 2025 was marked by a busy calendar of activities and forums organised by DOM3, providing valuable spaces for dialogue and inspiration among business leaders, technical experts and institutional representatives.

Since January, the association has hosted outstanding events such as a keynote talk by leadership mentor Maribel García, a conference on digital reputation by Daniela Luque, LinkedIn Top Voice, and a session led by former Telefónica CEO José María Álvarez-Pallete, who addressed the ethical challenges of artificial intelligence and the growing value of data in the new economy.

DOM3 also promoted a round table discussion on the premium real estate market, held in collaboration with Marbella Town Hall, bringing together the leading real estate agencies on the Costa del Sol. Other notable speakers included Belén González, expert in customer experience in the luxury sector; Eduardo Olaya, professor at San Telmo Business School, who spoke on the governance and future of family businesses; and José Eduardo Díaz, Marbella’s Town Planning Councillor, who provided updates on the city’s urban planning frameworks and their impact on licensing processes.

The events calendar concluded with a session led by Laia Grassi, an international expert in artificial intelligence, who offered an inspiring perspective on how AI is set to transform the real estate industry, design and architecture in the coming years.

Looking ahead: leadership in the premium housing sector

At a critical moment for the real estate market, DOM3 has further strengthened its role as a key interlocutor between the private sector and public administrations, advocating for improvements in safety, mobility, infrastructure and access to housing for professionals in the industry. These priorities will continue to guide the association’s roadmap in 2026.

With a network of over 40 member companies, DOM3 remains committed to promoting excellence, shared knowledge and sustainable growth in a sector that is now one of the primary economic drivers of the Western Costa del Sol.
