DOM3 reinforces its strategy to consolidate leadership in high-quality housing within the Golden Triangle
● The association is committed to a new communication and secretariat service, designed to deliver more value to its members and enhance the DOM3 ecosystem, with the goal of creating a market report that serves as an industry benchmark.
● Another key milestone is the signing of agreements with specialized educational centers to attract qualified talent and generate high-quality employment.
Marbella, January 31, 2026. – The Association of Entrepreneurs for High-Quality Housing, DOM3, held its annual Ordinary General Assembly in an atmosphere of optimism and consolidation. During the session, which brought together top leaders from the sectors of architecture, construction, design, and real estate development, the association presented its roadmap for 2026, characterized by operational professionalization and a commitment to improving local infrastructure.
Growth and Institutional Strength. On the economic front, the board of directors led by its president, Charly Simon, presented a positive balance for the 2025 financial year, unanimously approving the budgets for the new year. These funds will be fully allocated to enhancing member services and promoting the visibility of the companies that make up the collective.
The collective's excellence continues to attract the industry's best talent. The Assembly gave a warm welcome to its newest full member: the firm Senda Projects, led by its founder Toniena Alvarez, whose incorporation reinforces the prestige of the professional network that integrates DOM3.
One of the most significant highlights of the day was the official presentation of the Secretariat, Communication, and Events Service. This addition to the association's operations responds to the strategy of establishing a stable structure to coordinate institutional relations, manage high-level events, and lead the brand's new 360-degree communication strategy, ensuring continuous and professionalized support for all its members.
"We want to strengthen DOM3's operational structure to expand the coverage and services we offer our members. We are betting on a collaborative model that draws on the experience of all partners and is channeled through this new management," stated the association's president, Charly Simon.
Innovation and Commitment to the Environment. During the assembly, there was intense debate on the need to harmonize the excellence of luxury homes with the public environment. DOM3 will seek to strengthen ties with the local government and other administrations to drive improvements in security and infrastructure—fundamental pillars for maintaining Marbella, Estepona, and Benahavís as world-class destinations against competitors such as Dubai or Miami.
Next Steps: Data and Talent. Among the master lines for 2026, the creation of an in-house Market Report stands out, aiming to become the national reference document for real data and trends in high-end housing. Furthermore, academic alliances with universities and training centers will be boosted to attract and retain qualified young talent within the association's companies.
"Our commitment is to maintain the solid institutional relationships we already have with public administrations and, in parallel, open new avenues of collaboration with the academic and training sectors," added the vice president of the association, Manuel Burgos.
The day concluded with a market debate where members agreed on the healthy state of the sector and the importance of public-private collaboration to ensure a sustainable and high-quality future for the Golden Triangle.
