The Asociación de Empresarios para la Vivienda de Alta Calidad (DOM3) brings together entrepreneurs and professionals with expertise in various sectors whose objective is to promote actions to preserve and promote the business of design, development and construction of high quality housing in Marbella and its area of influence.

DOM3 believes in the exchange of information, in mutual cooperation and combined action as a vector for the development of the sector and for the Marbella brand of tourism.

In its pursuit of excellence DOM3 is pleased to announce the second edition of the Architecture Award DOM 3 PRIZE for the design of world class housing developments.

World-class housing, villas and apartments, are the characteristics of excellence in this area, the flagship of urban planning in Marbella and its influential surroundings.

In this second edition of the DOM3 PRIZE the Promoter Urbania International, through its Urbania society Santa Clara Development IV company, is making available to contestants three plots for the development of a harmonized architectural complex of detached villas and apartments in the privileged setting of the Santa Clara de Marbella urbanisation.

 

WINNERS DOM3 PRIZE 2016


The winner of the II International Architecture Award DOM3 prize of € 40,000 is the project ‘Community by Design’ by the Belgian David Tuan Tuan and CO of Marbella, in collaboration with Mathieu Lébre .

The 2nd prize of € 20,000 has been awarded to the Project ‘Domus Aqua’ by Macía Camacho and Q Architecture of Madrid.

The third prize for the” Tierra Nueva ” project, developed by Architect JRDR and four O Nine of Marbella and Shanghai , has received € 10,000 .

The jury awarded the Special mentions to ‘Arcadia’ by the architects Pablo Jose Atienza and Juan Maria Blazquez of Ezar Architects, Malaga and ‘Green Marbella’ by Abiboo Architecture Studio, based in Madrid, New York and Chennai in India .
